Not gonna lie! This is tough work and you can do hard things. Begin by reaching out to someone you haven’t spoken to in a long time. Do something on your own like going out to eat or going to a movie. See how different life can be with some small and big steps.

Mindfulness has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness is the practice of getting present and in tune with your five senses. A quick YouTube search for a mindfulness routine can help.
